Luxury cult brand 19-69 was founded by the Swedish artist and product developer Johan Bergelin.

A twenty-four month long creative process with artisans in Scandinavia, France and Italy lead to the launch of 5 fine perfumes at Colette in Paris in 2017. 19-69 has launched 13 perfumes and 9 candles.

All fragrances are suitable for any gender and allow an individual to explore beauty across borders.

Bottling Counterculture

The name 19-69 stands for freedom, tolerance and counterculture. The inspiration includes different iconic moments of counterculture throughout history. The influence of art and music have left marks on each 19-69 fragrance in terms of content, name and packaging, as each scent is inspired by a different era, culture or setting from Africa, Europe, the States or Asia. The different colours symbolise a rainbow, which in the year 1969, stood for peace and freedom.
