VANITY GROUP BECOMES SIGNATORY TO THE UN WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT PRINCIPLES
VANITY GROUP has proudly become a signatory to the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs),reinforcing its commitment to promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment across the workplace, community, and hospitality industry.
The WEPs provide businesses with a framework for advancing gender equality and empowering women in the workplace, marketplace, and broader community. Developed by the UN Global Compact and UN Women, these principles are based on international labour and human rights standards, emphasising that businesses have both a role in and responsibility for promoting gender equality and empowering women.
By signing onto the WEPs, VANITY GROUP aligns itself with the gender equality targets outlined in the United Nations 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. This commitment will be reflected throughout the entire organisation, as VANITYGROUP works collaboratively within multistakeholder networks to drive business practices that empower women, enabling them to thrive and achieve their full potential.

- Promote education, training, and professional development for women
- Implement enterprise development, supply chain, and marketing practices that empower women

- Measure and publicly report on progress to achieve gender equality
